Bright Horizon Foundation

Bright Horizon Foundation was established in 2004 and is duly incorporated in the state of Delaware. It is organized for charitable purposes and qualifies as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The foundation maintains established governance practices and makes significant grants on an annual basis. Additional public information is available through Candid/GuideStar.
